PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed with a deposit or other purchase option (for example, custom order or pre-order deposits).

A deposit placed on a EuroFloat horse float is fully refundable. If you decide not to proceed with your purchase after placing a deposit, your deposit will be refunded in full, processed via the original payment method where possible.

For custom-built or made-to-order floats, please notify us of any cancellation as early as possible. Costs may be incurred for custom orders that are extremely hard to on-sell, as described in our Warranty & Return Policy.
