EuroFloat offers delivery and collection options for horse floats and related products across Australia.
Due to the size and nature of horse floats, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product, destination, and availability of transport services.
Delivery timeframes provided by EuroFloat are estimates only and may vary due to freight schedules, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
For custom-built floats or made-to-order products, manufacturing time will apply before shipping.
Customers will be contacted once the order is ready for collection or dispatch.
SHIPPING METHODS
EuroFloat products may be delivered using one of the following methods:
Freight transport
Large items such as horse floats may be delivered using specialised freight carriers.
Customer pickup
Customers may collect floats directly from our yard by appointment.

Some orders may be delivered to a EuroFloat showroom or partner location for pickup.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on:
• Delivery location

• Be calculated at checkout
• Be provided in a formal quote
• Be confirmed by EuroFloat prior to dispatch
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination.
Estimated freight timeframes within Australia may include:
Queensland — 2 to 7 business days
New South Wales — 3 to 7 business days
Victoria — 5 to 10 business days
South Australia — 5 to 10 business days
Western Australia — 7 to 14 business days
Tasmania — 7 to 14 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer once the float is:
• Collected by the customer, or
• Handed to the freight carrier for delivery
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and notify EuroFloat as soon as possible if any damage has occurred during transport.
Photographic evidence may be required to assess transport damage claims.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Customers must ensure that:
• Delivery locations are accessible for transport vehicles
• Someone is available to receive the delivery if required
• Any relevant unloading equipment or access is available
Additional delivery charges may apply if access is restricted or if redelivery is required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
EuroFloat primarily delivers within Australia.
International shipping may be available upon request and may require additional freight arrangements, documentation, duties, and taxes.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international deliveries.
SHIPPING DELAYS
EuroFloat is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Freight carriers
• Weather conditions
• Transport disruptions
• Supply chain issues
• Events outside our control
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
