FAQs

Questions about your EuroFloat?

Straight answers to what buyers ask us most.

Stock & ordering

Availability, timing, colours and your deposit.

Stock & orderingHow soon can I get a EuroFloat?

In stock: usually ready within a week or two of your deposit. Custom build: typically around 90 days.*

That includes fitting any extras you choose. Floats arriving soon show their due date on their page.

*Timing varies by model and build. Your date is confirmed on your quote.

Stock & orderingCan I add upgrades or change the colour of an in-stock float?

You can add upgrades, but the colour of an in-stock float is already set.

We can fit most items from Float Upgrades before handover. In-stock floats come in the colours shown on their page. If you want your own colours, choose a custom build.

Stock & orderingCan I choose my own colours?

Yes, on a custom build. We paint in RAL metallic colours, and Prestige floats are finished in PPG paint.

Try combinations in our Custom Colour Builder, and our team will confirm the model, specification and upgrades with you before anything is ordered. Screen colours are a guide only, so ask us for a physical colour reference before you commit.

Stock & orderingHow does the $1,000 deposit work?

A $1,000 fully refundable deposit secures your float. The balance is paid by bank transfer within 30 days.

It works the same way for in-stock floats and custom builds, and we confirm every detail of your float with you before anything is ordered.

Price, delivery & finance

What it costs, getting it to you, and paying for it.

Price, delivery & financeHow much does a EuroFloat cost?

Every model page shows its current price. The price depends on size, series and package. Compare the full range side by side.

  • In the listed price: the float as specified on its page, with the 2-Year Warranty and 11-Year Aluminium Flooring System.
  • Optional: upgrades, priced in Float Upgrades.
  • Quoted for you: delivery, if you're not collecting.

We put everything on one quote before you commit, so there are no surprises at handover.

Price, delivery & financeDo you deliver interstate, and what does it cost?

Yes, we deliver across Australia. Freight depends on the float and your location, and we include it on your quote.

You can also collect from our Gold Coast or Melbourne showroom. Tell us your town or postcode when you enquire. If you're outside Australia, talk to us before you order.

Price, delivery & financeDo you offer finance?

Yes, through iCREDIT, with terms up to 7 years.

iCREDIT specialise in horse float finance (Australian Credit Licence 499023). Try the calculator on our finance page or call iCREDIT on 1300 350 118. Your rate and repayments depend on your circumstances and are set by the lender.

Price, delivery & financeDoes my EuroFloat come registered?

Registration is confirmed on your quote. Requirements differ by state, so our team will confirm what applies to your float and where you live.

Models & towing

Finding the right float for your horses and your vehicle.

Models & towingWhat's the difference between a straight load and an angle load?

Straight loads are lighter and cost less. Angle loads have longer bays for bigger horses.

In a straight load, horses face forward side by side. In an angle load, they stand on an angle, which allows longer bays and suits larger horses and longer trips. Straight loads are our narrowest and lightest range and start at the lowest price.

See straight loads · See angle loads

Models & towingWhich EuroFloat will suit my horse?

Go by bay size, not just height. Fit depends on your horse's length and build as much as their height.

Every model page lists the bay size and internal height. Angle loads have longer bays than straight loads, and the telescopic dividers on Prestige angle loads let you set each bay to your horse.

Tell our team your horses' heights and builds, how you travel and what you tow with, and we'll help you narrow it down. Ask our team

Models & towingHow do I know if my vehicle can tow a EuroFloat?

Your vehicle needs to be rated for the weight you'll actually tow. Send us your vehicle details and we'll check it against the float.

Every model page lists the float's tare (empty weight) and ATM (the maximum it can weigh loaded). Towing capacity isn't the only limit that can apply, and upgrades add weight.

Every EuroFloat has a break-away safety unit, and your vehicle also needs the correct brake connection for the float. Send us your vehicle's make, model and year

Models & towingWhat do tare, ATM and ball weight mean?

  • Tare: the float's weight empty, with no horses, gear or water.
  • ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass): the most the float is allowed to weigh when fully loaded.
  • Ball weight: the weight the float puts on your towbar. It changes with how you load it.

Tare and ATM are listed on every model page. Upgrades add weight, so we'll confirm the figures for your exact build, and we can give you the ball weight for the model you're looking at.

Models & towingWhere can I find bay sizes, dimensions and floor plans?

On each model page, and we'll send a floor plan on request.

Model pages list the bay size, internal height, tare and ATM. For full dimensions or a floor plan of a particular model, ask us for a floor plan.

Features & living

What's included, living areas, power and everyday use.

Features & livingWhat comes standard, and what's optional?

Each model page lists exactly what that float includes. As a guide:

  • Classic or Prestige sets the build. Prestige adds PPG paint, telescopic dividers on angle loads, Japanese bearings, a reinforced chassis, 316 marine-grade stainless hardware and heavy-duty gas struts.
  • Standard or Deluxe sets the fit-out. Deluxe adds 240V power, a 240V fridge, a microwave and a caravan door.

Everything else, from air conditioning to reverse cameras, is in Float Upgrades.

Features & livingWhat is an Overnighter?

An angle load with a separate living area: kitchen, beds and 240V power.

Version 2.1 adds a one-piece moulded fibreglass shower. Version 3.1 is the three-horse Overnighter. See the Overnighter range

Features & livingWhich floats can have a shower, toilet, air conditioning or an awning?

Most living floats can have these added. What fits depends on the model.

Our Overnighters have a separate living area with a kitchen, beds and 240V power, and version 2.1 adds a moulded fibreglass shower. Depending on the model, you can add a cowboy shower, awnings, MyCoolMan air conditioning, a Dometic fridge, a TV and more from Float Upgrades.

A toilet can be added on some models, so ask us about the one you're looking at.

Features & livingWhat power does a EuroFloat have?

Deluxe models run on 240V mains power, and you can add a 12V battery pack.

Deluxe models have a 240V inlet on the front of the float. Plug into mains power at home or at a venue and the power points, fridge and microwave run from it. The trailer plug from your vehicle runs the lights and the water pump.

Features & livingHow heavy is the ramp door to lift?

It's light to lift. Every ramp door runs on gas struts.

The Prestige series uses heavy-duty stainless-steel struts: two on the ramp door and two on the storm door. Come and try one at a showroom before you decide.

Features & livingHow do the telescopic dividers and storage work?

Telescopic dividers adjust to your horse and fold flat out of the way. Storage varies by model.

Folding the dividers away makes loading and cleaning easier. They come with the Prestige series on angle loads.

Storage can include front storage, drawers, a tallboy, swing-out saddle racks, a lockable rug rack, and tack and BBQ boxes on the models that carry them. Each model page lists what that float includes.
