I'm Ready To BuyEuroFloat as distributed by Cedar Venture Pty Ltd hereby warrants that any new EuroFloat will carry a two year structural warranty from the date of purchase covering:

- Operate and maintain the float in an appropriate manner.
- Give notice to an authorised EuroFloat representative of any and all apparent defects within ten (10) days after discovery and makes available for inspection. We request the notice of defects to be accompanied with recent photos .
- The phrase “warranty void if horse float not serviced every 12 months” means that the warranty on the horse float (a type of trailer used to transport horses) will be cancelled or considered invalid if it is not serviced at least once every 12 months by a qualified reputable mechanic.
This is a common condition set by manufacturers or sellers to ensure that the horse float remains in good working condition, preventing issues that could arise from lack of maintenance. Regular servicing is typically required to inspect and maintain the float’s structure, wheels, brakes, tires, and other safety features.
If the horse float is not serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions, the warranty that covers repairs or defects may no longer apply. Therefore, to maintain warranty coverage, it is important to follow the specified service schedule.
If any of the above EuroFloat Warranty terms are not met, the warranty will be considered void. EuroFloat reserves the right to refuse warranty if neglect has taken place, EuroFloat reserves the right to determine the word “neglect”.
