ECAR Australasia Pty Ltd trading as EuroFloat can assist in arranging for the transportation of your float anywhere in Australia. We have over ten years experience arranging freight on behalf of our customers using experienced vehicle transport companies.

We have long standing business relationships with transport companies allowing us to arrange your float on your behalf for wholesale pricing. All transportation costs are passed on at the net rate negotiated.

Free Delivery is only within mainland Australia and is to the closest freight depot for collection in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide & Brisbane Distribution centres. Discounted freight rates for available for all other areas - Please call for price. 

Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post realtime rates.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@eurofloat.com.au.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority as a EuroFloat customer. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
